George, a real estate lawyer, watched individuals and families struggle to access homeownership and start building wealth. Kiesha, an employment and human resources professional, watched employers struggle with high turnover and low employee engagement. They started Oro to solve both problems: a modern benefit solution that delivers real impact for employees and their employers.
